This is an experiential class that adds a dynamic dimension to the Ortho-Bionomy release techniques. By focusing on the range of motion of the joints, the participants explore and support the preferred patterns of movement and non-movement. By gently exploring and supporting these patterns, and with the active participation of the client, the range of motion in the joint is increased and muscular & joint pains are diminished. This is a great beginning class to discover the ability to feel changes and patterns in the body.
Cost: $450.00 for 2 days

Peggy first discovered Ortho-Bionomy through an article she read in a massage magazine and was inspired to attended one of Marie Long's very first classes in Vernon. This journey led to her evolvement to Advanced Practitioner and her own practice for the last 12 years, and now to the completion of her training as an Instructor of Ortho-Bionomy. Through her love to learn and so to help understand anatomy, body systems and nervous system she has undertaken extra training in Craniosacral, Visceral, and Self Regulation therapy. A Pilates Instructor for 16 years, she brings with her a unique and dynamic expression of her passions that she is heartfelt to share with the wider Ortho-Bionomy community, and the wider community as a whole. She has a space in Lake Country (Studio 2) and is available in Kelowna at Rutland Physical Therapy.
