This class is an essential part of the core classes required for Associate Member / Pratitioner Training Program
Exploration means just that, not a static movement class, but moving in the range of movment exploring what joints and tissues are capable of
which informs the client what works, where there are restrictions, and can help resolve those buy the revisiting the propriocepting nervous sytem where it may
have been interrupted by repetitive movement, injuries, etc.
It's a lot like a dance, or it can been a type of dance of discovery, recovery, awareness, and conscious and subconsious decisions, etc
We as facilitators take people through the adventure of what works easily and what can use some attention and avenues of relief from old patterns.

Baeleay Callister is an Advanced Instructor who has been actively in practice since 1984 and teaching since 1991. She has studied and worked extensively with the Founder, Dr. Arthur Lincoln Pauls and many other wonderful Instructors that started with Arthur in 1978 or soon thereafter. Ms. Callister is one of the founders of the Ortho-Bionomy® Association of Canada and remains an Advisor for the Board and on the Curriculum committee. She is an Instructor Trainer and co-developer of the Instructor Development Program.
Baeleay teaches all over Canada, the US, and Mexico . Baeleay's teaching is also a lifetime practice of the principles; she is a staunch advocate of maintaining the integrity of the work and encouraging individual evolvement. She shares with her students a platform and environment for personal growth and awareness with the practice of being with 'what is'. The profound simplicity makes Ortho-Bionomy endure as a unique practice that is practical, respectful, educational, painless and easily supports the notion of 'mind, body and spirit'.
