Peggy first discovered Ortho-Bionomy through an article she read in a massage magazine and was inspired to attended one of Marie Long's very first classes in Vernon. This journey led to her evolvement to Advanced Practitioner and her own practice for the last 7 years, and now to the completion of her training as an Instructor of Ortho-Bionomy. Through her love to learn and so to help understand anatomy, body systems and nervous system she has undertaken extra training in Craniosacral, Visceral, and Self Regulation therapy. A Pilates Instructor for 16 years, she brings with her a unique and dynamic expression of her passions that she is heartfelt to share with the wider Ortho-Bionomy community, and the wider community as a whole.
