PHASE 4: This foundation class covers the history, philosophy and concepts of Ortho-Bionomy. Explore gentle and comfortable approaches to specific release techniques to reduce tension within the joints and tissues of the body. Learn how to enhance proprioceptive communication with the central nervous system. Ortho-Bionomy techniques will be demonstrated and practiced to support structural alignment with emphasis on the Ortho-Bionomy principles. This will allow release of tension and support structural function while creating a sense of balance and well-being.

As a certified Advanced Instructor and practitioner of Ortho-Bionomy, Marie appreciates the respectful and comfortable techniques that Ortho-Bionomy offers to restore function throughout the body.
