Phase 4 is a class which address all the major joints in the body by finding tender points or trigger points
and a position of comfort or neutrality with gentle movements and positioning and adding compression or distraction, exaggerating the position in a very physical
way. This is considered a foundation class, which can be argued, but certainly gives a foundation of understanding essential to working with the rest of this body of work.
Phase 4 is grounded and has some element of precision to it. It is a lot of information which is why it is repeated several times in the overall Pratitioner Program.
Personally I have never taught or attended a Phase 4 class where I didn;t learn somethng new.
