Phase 5 is such a safe and gentle way of working with even the most recent or fragile states since it is hands on but working with the energetic movement patterns within the body
following, supporting or just being. The learning is a more in depth sense of our own presence and navigating to give the client more opportunity to be more in charge of their own changes. Though the work almost seems like nothing is happening and it may appear to someone watching that nothing is going on, here is where "less is more" kicks into high gear. The less we do, the more the client does
and we are offering a frame of reference and witnessing and possible some instigation of movement or inference. Sounds mysterious but really not, so easy and effortless. Many Practitioners find this is the aspect that is most used in session work, the reflexes which we will cover is in all aspects of the work..really a great in depth class.
