This is focused on Pelvis/Lower Back Self Care.  The study group will cover moves to help a person work on themselves and small exercises to keep the tone in the body parts that are focused on.

EQUINE/K-9 STUDY GROUPS – 4 Study Group opportunities

We will focus on any needs and interests of the students for horses or dogs.
