Led by a Registered Instructor, the focus of each Study Group depends upon the needs and interests of the students. Participants may wish to receive clarification about Ortho-Bionomy techniques and principles, review techniques already learned, discuss specific client cases, and to air any concerns or present any ideas that they may have. Study groups give Ortho-Bionomy students an opportunity to interact with and develop on-going relationships with like-minded individuals; this will support them in their future roles as healthcare professionals.

Peggy first discovered Ortho-Bionomy through an article she read in a massage magazine and was inspired to attended one of Marie Long's first classes in Vernon, BC. This journey led to her evolvement to Advanced Practitioner and her own practice for the last 13 years, and now to the completion of her training as an Advanced Instructor of Ortho-Bionomy. Through her love to learn and so to help understand anatomy, body systems and nervous system she has undertaken extra training in Craniosacral, Visceral, and Self Regulation Therapy. A Pilates Instructor for 18 years, she brings with her a unique and dynamic expression of her passions that she is heartfelt to share with the wider Ortho-Bionomy community, and the wider community as a whole. She practices in Lake Country and Kelowna BC, and has helped co-develop a comprehensive Ortho-Bionomy training program.
